EEEE! I wanted to see more of him in that. Pity the writer's strike ended up putting them on different schedules so he couldn't come back (and the strike ultimately killed off the show too--I really liked that show a lot :-)
I was jazzed about him being on the show. Not only playing a detective, but being a possible love interest was appealing. Stupid strike! And You're right, the show was doing decently, but that delay killed the ratings.
