I think he feels more confident up on a stage in front of the
faithful than in a setting that is more up close and personal.
I think his interviews have even reflected it a bit if you look closely..........

Shyness
I hope someone didn't drive him away from twitter. I came accross one tweep one time who didn't even follow him, but kept commenting on his every tweet. I dont know how she did it.
But I don't thnk he liked/enjoyed twitter. As opposed to David Hewlett for example. Remember all the contests Joe was asking for.... points to boredom, IMO.
But I still miss him on twitter. He's not your typical actor, I'm thinking.

Now......he just blows you away. He's gotten so handsome and rugged, and has this incredible presence about him. Yet, he's down to earth.
