So, it's come to my attention that perhaps not everyone has seen this... and since Joe tweeted it himself, I'm sure he won't mind my sharing. His tweet was, "Survived Bucharest, but I've changed a little," speaking of his recent gig filming "Six Bullets" with Jean Claude Van Damme. Then he explained during his appearance at Earls Court in London that the tattoo was like a decal. He wanted them to use henna because it lasted longer and wouldn't require much reapplication, but found out that henna is illegal in Romania. But seriously... how many of you are actually looking at the tattoo?
