Just your basic white shirt...........the tux shirts
are more decorative..many have tucks in front along button line
and they fit differently at the neck..........
A good example is this one which Craig is wearing from Casino Royale:

I dunno, looks a bit like a tux shirt to me. Collar open, and it does have tucks. No studs, though. Leave it to Joe to find something different to wear! Though whether he wears it or not is immaterial to me!

It's totally a tux shirt! If you watch the ep, his shirt is a classic tux shirt, with the pintuck detailing down the front on both sides.

I just took a look closer at some of the shots in
Search and Rescue and some of them do look like the shirt is tucked
including yours in larger shot.
