Oh, I have no doubt that John was unbearable... but for completely different reasons. ;)

I'm not making fun -- I know what you mean, and unbearably beautiful hits the mark exactly. But I don't think Sheppard was ever that open and vulnerable. John at that age would have been just as attractive, but in a very different way.

(I totally love that Thayer and Sheppard are basically the same character, but like, from alternate universes.)
