He was so proud of himself after he heaved Rodney over the railing.....peeked over the balcony and then raced down the flight of stairs
Tooooo much......
and then obviously how proud he was to having shot Rodney.......
That episode and the one where they are fooling around with toy cars show the
bonding that was there......

and as much as I love JF, and feel he will eventually find the right series/films,
I belief Sheppard is going go be his high water mark; he will always be remembered, much like Tom Selleck (Thomas Magnum) and Fred Dryer (Rick Hunter).
Magnum ran 8 years and Hunter 7 years.......They have gone on to other things yet people still recognize them as Magnum and Hunter, e.g.
not too long ago Dryer was interviews on a talk show and said people still yell at him in public "Hey Hunter" and give him thumbs up.....
Rick Hunter's favorite expression was "Works for me".......
