Here's another shot from the Dennys Ilic photoshoot - a candid of Dennys and Joe after the hard work. At Dennys' Twitter, @Dennydenn, he stated the entire shoot was done in black and white! Color me pleased indeed. Joe's classic features presented in a classic medium... I cannot wait!

And I thought it couldn't get any better than Joe skateboarding barefoot in a suit... but he just looks so damn cool here. If you go to Dennys' website (http://www.dennysilic.com/), you'll see what a fantastic photographer he is. He did a book of Amanda Tapping and I read somewhere that she was surprised with some of the final shots - that Dennys had "brought out" qualities she didn't even know she had. I'm anxious to see what kind of fun and smoldering shots we get of Joe.

More info here (http://journal.joe-flanigan.info/2012/joe-flanigan-photo-shoot-with-dennys-ilic) at The Flan Info page, but I'm not sure how the finished project will be presented. Dennys has an affinity for sci-fi actors and did shoots with a few others around this time as well.

I've seen a few shots from the Amanda Tapping book... this guy is phenomenal, and, of course, Amanda is gorgeous anyway.

Looking at this guy's work, I cannot wait to see what his talent combined with Joe's classic looks will produce. I'm also thinking there'll be a lot of kid!Joe coming out as well, e.g. the skateboard.

Wow. I saw the heading 'Classic,' and immediately figured it was going to be an older pic, young Joe, something from the late 90's maybe.

With my first quick glance at the photo, with the B&W soft focus, I thought, yep. Young Joe. Nice.

And then I looked closer, and read the caption, and thought Holy Cow. NOT young Joe. Almost-46 Joe!
