OK, so finally I was able to cap Master of Destiny in BluRay. Guh. Yeah. Guh. Did I mention GUH?! ;)

Um, for the record? I LOVE the shirt. Not the jacket (though I like that too) but that shirt! With the nice open neckline. Guh! *gulp*

This is part 1 of 2. There are 160 caps so 80 today, and 80 tomorrow. Yes, 80. Its a true spam, but thought I'd just share all of them, with all of you. :) Feel free to snurch and share. All I ask for is credit please. I've watermarked them to help that.

I noticed a couple very 'Joe' smirks in several pics. I like that he kept the usual necklace, and totally agree with you on the shirt - Joe needs to wear a v-neck more often. I can't wait for the second half tomorrow! (And I'm sure Joe is going to get at least a few questions about MH at the next con).

yeah, for sure, loved those, but also loved how the role was very different than what we've seen him in. He was a badass (though he still had a noble streak) and I loved seeing Joe take on a role like that. :)

And yes! I wish he would wear Vneck shirts. I think men with good chests are ridiculously sexy in Vneck shirts. Gads. that shirt, and the accompanying peekage did all kinds of things for me. LOL

I hate to say this, as I am grateful to be able to see these, but watermarking kinda ruins them for use in other artstuff. I mean, I just trust people to credit me when I do capping/picspamming. You know?

As someone who does a lot of art as well, I understand. I used to do that, until I had HD caps of mine, nabbed and re-posted by someone who claimed they did them as their own. (yes, they were mine, the person in question didn't even bother to change the image/file names). I realize that none of these are really "mine" I mean does anything fandom really belonging to us? But the dishonesty of that incident still upset me.

I have had people come to me privately asking for caps for art without watermarks and I've supplied them. In fact, I don't believe I have ever said no. (I love art and helping people who are inspired). I just don't post BluRay and HD caps publicly without watermarking them.

The flip-side is several other people have thanked me for watermarking because then they don't have to try to remember who to credit for what pictures they have when they re-post them. They have lots of pictures from all kinds of sources and can't keep them straight. (I'm guilty of that! I haven't a clue on a lot of images I have..)

I'd be happy to share some images with you, for art, without watermarks. Feel free to message me if you're interested. :)

oh, I use daily-flan as my image library, so it's easy to remember. :) you guys have the best tagging system!

that sucks that someone would do that, what a tool.

even though I put a lot of effort into my shots (as I know you do) I don't feel very proprietary about them. I mean, the images aren't really mine, after all, when it comes down to it. and I'd rather have people make more art than not bother because they feel timid about approaching me.

I cannot *wait* for the U.S. version of Metal Hurlant to come out (assuming it does. do you think it will?) God, he looks just gorgeous. :)))) Those neck shots you captured!

I remember sitting next to him at a MG at con where he was wearing that damned necklace and a button down shirt with the first few buttons undone. (gads, I can't remember which con...) good grief, it IS distracting! It was all I could do not to stare, which would, you know, be rather... obvious. Especially when the man is a foot away from you! LOL

and yeah, I'd be right there with ya at that defense. hehe!

Thanks so much for these MH pics!!! I am desperate to see the episode!! Did you find it hard to order on Amazon? I saw the French version, but had no clue how to go about ordering coz I don't speak French!!! Any help would be appreciated!!! I need to see this!!!!!!

Well, yeah, I ordered it on amazon.fr. The good news is your US Amazon account works, and the pages and process is virtually the same as ordering something on Amazon - US, except everything is in French. But I was able to figure out a lot of what the page was saying, just by being familiar with ordering on Amazon . When I encountered something I wasn't sure of, I copied and pasted the text into Google translate to see what it said.

It really wasn't as hard as I thought it would be. Though remember, the DVD/BluRay would be region 2, not North American region 1. Computer media players should be able to handle that, if you change the region, but just bear that in mind. As for TV DVD and BluRay players, you'd probably want to check.
