I was going to comment on some of the hilarious faces he pulls in this episode, but then I noticed row 13 left (shot #47) and my brain pretty much quit right there.

And that was before I got to that saunter out onto the balcony. Guh!

Usually when we start listing the key epis that have the most Joe hotness packed into them, 'Echoes' doesn't get mentioned right away. I hereby make a motion to bump this one into the top ten.

He was unexpectedly hot in this one. You're right, it doesn't get mentioned with the "OMG hotness overload" eps usually, but it is one of them for sure! hehe
