Finally watched 6 Bullets (I waited so I could squee with everyone else) and loved it. I even liked Van Damme in it - which was pretty much the general concession of the group.

And wifey was pretty badass herself...

You know I would have liked to have see more of Joe's tattoos in the movie like a few more shirtless scenes perhaps....

My mum loved it too and she has now gotten used to me ferretting out anything with JF or anything with the other Stargate cast in it

I was glad they made the wife bad-ass, too... A good looking woman married to a MMA fighter could have gone either way... arm-candy and brainless or strong like Joe....

It was fun to watch with you!

I was pleased to see Joe had such a strong part in the film. And yes, he does badass sooo good.

I was gleefully delighted to see his wife could hold her own just fine too. I admit that the first few scenes she was in I had no idea where they were going with her character. By the end I was cheering her on as much as Joe!

Oh the shirtless scene, let you really enjoy those tattoos. And I was wishing to see maybe one of the MMA fights he (the character) was in to see the tattoos in their full glory.

I used to like Van Damme but was glad he didn't make me dislike this film and his son did a good job too.

The shirtless scene is far too short ... LOL

I have to agree, I was able to put aside me feelings for Mr. Van Damme to enjoy the movie.

I have not seen the movie yet but looking at the photos above is it just me or does his right wrist look weird without a bracelet or band? I don't know maybe it is just all the years seeing him as Sheppard with his arm band and then with the bracelet he wears.

When you watch the movie you don't think about the bracelet :). The tatoos do it .
And he has the bracelet in Metak Hurlant :)

I haven't seen it yet either, but Yay for badass wife backing up her man. Plus, the view from back there'd be pretty good.....

6 Bullets is set to release here (Japan) on November 17th. It's called "Hard Soldier" in Japanese. I can't find it on Japanese Amazon yet, but I'm hoping that it will become available next week so I can buy it :) It looks awesome!

Joe was great! No doubt! He does badass so well. But he did loving and concerned Dad excellent too.

The wife was a great actress and badass too but it drove me nuts that her clothes were so unflattering on her and made her look frumpy. And then even after running around shooting bad guys her hair still falls in soft waves around her face. REALLY!!??
She needed to take a few lessons from Teyla. The hair starts off pulled back in a ponytail but then half of it falls out flying around her face. Much more realistic.

And wifey looked taller than Joe in many scenes, didn't really like that much. Petty I know but then we all know when it comes to Joe I can't always be coherent enough to do substance.

Thanks a lot for these screenshots!

I watched the movie a few days ago - and I liked it. I was glad Joe had such a big part in it.
