I just love Brendan

The pilot/movie was based around Freya, not Brendan.

That said, a lot of pilots are awkward/weird, but they usually settle into something better if given the chance and I'm sure TC would've been one of those.

Just went back and rewatched TC on youtube (only to reacquaint myself with the show of course) and I have to admit it would have been a really great premise.
I did like Freya (but I like Navi Rawat too) although only if they had been JUST partners. But yeah, loads of possibilities for that. The inner thoughts of Brendan were pretty funny. And damn! that man is HOT!

As much as I love this movie I am so glad it wasn't picked up otherwise we wouldn't have had Joe as John Sheppard. I adore the bit where he is driving along singing Scooby Doo so sweet and so goofy
