I believe this was taken in Marseille, France, last year.

You can see in the background "2eme Etage" (2nd floor), very French :)

It was taken in Marseilles; Joe was changing his shirts several times during the day, just like he did in Düsseldorf. :)
His hair was longer in Sweden and if I remember correctly he did not wear his necklace in Malmo, although I was not there (I was in Marseilles though) but I think I remember it from the pics taken in Malmo.
Not that it really matters where it was taken; it is a great pic. :)
