I don't know for sure, but when he talked about the role at a con during middle of the writer's strike, he seemed to believe his character was going to be a love interest for Lindsay Boxer. (He put meshed his hands together and twisted them back and forth) He said he hoped so, because, you know, Angie Harmon. :-)
