Umm... Somehow, "sexy!" just isn't enough. Some of my favorites of Joe from Comic Con 2008.

I don't know where I got these, probably from all over including places like LJ and GW... and it was 3 years ago, so I can't really cite sources, but my never ending thanks to anyone that was there, took pics, and was gracious enough to share them with the rest of us. :)

But I'm also quite a McKay fan as well. Write a lot of him in my stories, he's a fun character.

And David is absolutely a gem in person. He's so outgoing and friendly and funny as hell. LOL Very different from Joe who can be a bit shy (except when he's on stage and especially on stage with David! LOL)

I'm so jealous... Haven't had the chance to meet David yet... Missed the 2010 cons in Europe cause didn't have money Dx met Joe recently though... OMG! His look is so intense! I had so many witty comments prepared and when I finally stood in front of him - my mind went black when I got his undivided attention :P if he was shy - I hadn't noticed cause I was busy turning into a puddle of goo... he was hilarious on the stage though (even though he was alone), but again, didn't have the guts to ask him a question grrrr! Hopefully it'll be better in Chicago! Now I kinda know what to expect haha!! I just wish David confirmed too... Vancouver goers are so lucky! They got David, Joe and Paul...

Chicago? I'm going to be in Chicago! I'm also going to be in Vancouver. LOL VanCon is an easy 6 hour drive for me. ;) Can never resist Joe. ;)

yeah, I've talked with Joe a bit more privately and he can be a little shy but charming all the same, especially when he relaxes a bit. With David around he's always more relaxed and when he's on stage he's fine. I think its the setting, he's used to it as an actor and he just "switches on and off"

But yeah, he does have an intense gaze. it took me a few times to get past it and be able to continue conversations with him. LOL Those Eyes! But he always treats everyone around him with respect and as an equal, and I respect that. He's not haughty *at all* Very very down to earth. Hope you get the guts in Chicago, he's really nice about answering questions and good with people when they get nervous, at least from what I've seen. :)

I'm definitely looking forward to David, Joe and Paul and definitely doing the photo op with all three of them. Paul is absolutely charming in person. I've never seen an actor that is more devoted to his fans. They all are so good to their fans, but Paul takes an extra mile. He's wonderful. :)

you're so lucky!!! I've only started my adventure with cons... I come from Poland, just recently moved to UK and finally started to earn enough money to spend for conventions :D I *almost* took a loan to go to ChiCon in 2010... it was my dream for years and *finally* it's coming true this year <3 tempted to go to Fedcon in Germany in May... Joe and Kavan are going to be there... I seriously need a sugar daddy or sth!! :P

it was my first and only time meeting Joe so far... dunno if I'd have the nerves to speak to him more privately... although I must admit he was lovely! I caught him at the very end of the con (my friend literally had to kick me forward to approach him :P) and he actually stopped for a little chat (more like me trying to be coherent...) and let me take another pic with him... I really adore that one cause we look like just two buddies taking a pic together <3 really natural! dunno why I kinda expected him to be more arrogant (maybe cause he's so hot it hurts!!! no way he's 45yo!!!)...

it's going to be my first time coming to such a big con as well :D and first time overseas... lots of adventures before me in the summer ^^ do you have the Golden Package? staying at the hotel there? I'm like not spending any money at all now... just saving saving saving!!! it's damn expensive to fly to USA/Canada from here grrrr!!! I'm happy Nykl confirmed! Zelenka is awesome :D

yes, going gold. Always do. If I'm going to con, going in style. Have A row seats in Chicago and C row seats in Vancouver. ;)

I go to cons more than I should LOL Basically my criteria is Joe has to be attending. Its a simple criteria actually. *snort*

But I'm part of a group of dedicated con goers and we always hang out together. Some of my best friends. I think I have just as much fun hanging with them, as I do at the Con. We're all Joe fans so its fun. ;)

with Paul, he doesn't have an accent naturally. He turns it on and off. Its quite fun actually to watch him do that. Its like a light switch. heh.

Chicago is a BIG con and can be hectic. Just be flexible and go with the flow and you'll be fine. :)

Joe stopping and chatting with you doesn't surprise me. From teh first time I met him he's always been really down to earth and just a genuinely nice guy. There's a reason why I'm a fan of him. I respect how he respects me and other fans. :)

I've always been on my own with my SG passion... had my awesome geek team back in my hometown, but they were different fandoms. Have to admit it got a bit subdued in years, with noone to share it with. Until I came to UK and went to my first con! Especially last year - I've met some wonderful people, some of them I'm meeting in Chicago :) my passion came back with full force! I started drawing and writing again! Meeting Joe loaded my Z(ed)PM for at least a year xD

yeah I know that he doesn't use the accent normally... believe me - for years I was doing nothing but watch vids from cons :P I'm a huge fan of Northern accent though, so hopefully if/when I meet him sometime in the future, he'll use it a *lot* xD

this summer is going to be epic! it was funny how it turned out with the con tbh... originally I was only visiting my friend in Canada... so we started planning the dates and everything, and suddenly her mum (who is a huge SG fan apparently!!!) is like 'listen, why don't you come in August while you're at it? I'm going to the SG con in Chicago, wanna come?' and she bought me a ticket.... and I actually *cried* (how pathetic is that .___.)
