Well, not really... just an excuse for a little Synn.

That shy smile is a killer in any dimension

Left the credit because it's just so good to see his name on the screen!

I actually watched this a couple of days ago! I really love Synn, and I hope he was reunited with Columbine at the end. ;)

Oh bless his heart..............

I was seriously devastated when he reaches for that bottle in the opening sequence
So many careers ruined in military because of booze
And speaking of booze, one of my more strange collateral duties at
Miramar featured inventory of booze at
package store, ie liquor shop, at the officers' club..............

It sure is a problem..................
I don't know what life is like now but when I was on active duty there was
a lot of drinking............o club was a main gathering spot
We had officers who ended up on SOQ, sick officers quarters,
for dry out...................
I was on an SOQ for a herniated disc problem once and a corpsman told me that one of the officers was there for third time..........I heard his screaming and the corpsman was assuring the other patients all was okay..........
Sad because it is not only a killer in a personal sense but career wise.

I don't know how much screen time he'll have, but Joe is a guest star on the season opening ep of Fringe. And he's in Europe right now (why he had to cancel Dragon Con) filming a movie with . . . wait for it . . . Jean Claude Van Damme. Now that will be a weird movie. His part is the father of a child who is kidnapped and he hired JCVD to get her back. He thought he might not be able to do it because of his shoulder, but apparently it's okay now.

You should see it! He's not exactly shy in it, but he is plenty hot. ;)

If you don't want to download it, some kind soul has uploaded it to youtube. Check it out (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qH4Qvh6Wg8I).

I haven't tried that download link myself though, so I can't vouch for it.

Ah man, that was such a good movie. Much better than I was expecting, actually. And since I'm already seeing a thread about where it can be watched, in case anyone didn't know, it's streaming on Netflix as well.

Synn works for me, too! Love that shy smile. The movie? Not so much. Joe said SyFy took out the campy bits that made it fun and turned it into their weekly Creature Feature.

I like that he is the lead in that movie. He isn't a lead in any other movie he made lately ...

I have this on my media center PC - fun little sci-fi romp, complete with the Flan. Yes, it was SyFy - but Joe made up for it.

And I still say it's good he wasn't a priest instead. Cardinal Synn, anyone?

Joe in a priest's attire? That would be something to see...

*loosens collar* I'm feeling rather inspired by all that Synn.

Yes, inspired is what I'm calling it now. ;)
