If you're talking about the last pic...that's when John first meets Carson and realizes he's the one that almost shot down their chopper with the chair.

I was actually looking to find out which episode Sheppard flew the Daedalus...well, besides the Daedalus Variations I mean. I just can't place that picture of him at one of the control consoles.

Late reply, but in case anyone else was wondering about this, the picture is actually from No Man's Land. I had a feeling I'd forgotten an appearance of the flight jacket. :)
