Ok, my husband and I discuss this every time we watch this ep. do you think John was thrown onto Zelenka, or, in typical hero fashion, he used his body to protect Zelenka?

I always thought he threw himself over Zelenka in the classic hero fashion, but then again, I always default to hero when it comes to John ;)
