I really enjoyed that show. I was sorry that they never put the one season on DVD after the writer's strike killed it. For some reason, I've never been able to get into Rizzoli and Isles and that's not all that different a show!

I really wish they had been able to continue this show, too. I would have liked to have seen how the relationship between the two developed and would have loved some background on Ash... but then I also like that "fertile ground" of the unknown.

Yeah, the writer's strike caused a conflict for Joe to return to the show when it finally came back on the air, and they replaced his character with (I believe) the guy who played Joe's love interest (as Lionel in Family Album)! At least, it looked like the same guy to me! The irony there amused me.

Just announced yesterday: Women's Murder Club - The Show's One-and-Only Season Gets an MOD Release from Fox.

It's an MOD release, which means you're not going to find it in stores, they make sets as orders are placed and sell online only.
