This, exactly. I watch these pics and have this tingling sense of "there's a story lurking behind that". Not in the sense that there's some real happenings to tell but in the sense of "that's a snapshot of a (unwritten) fic".
Fascinating, indeed. Somehow watching these pictures as "shown on a monitor" instead of directly on my own laptop screen gives them a slight taste of voyeurism/observing something undetected.
