Yes, I don't fault her... but if that's true about someone taking the photo from her fb (which is still kinda public in a way) then that tells me that she didn't want it circulated.
To tell you the truth, who knows if she wasn't the one who put the photo out on one of the Van Damme fan sites? She does seem to like the publicity as that video interview about her and Van Damme seems to show. And has a ton of "friends" on facebook so she doesn't seem to screen who sees her photos all that carefully. I guess we'll never know unless she says something about it. It's on most of the 6 Bullets sites now.
