Today a 2-fer....

oh my... I'm so sorry about yesterday! *hangs head in shame* I just got so busy doing other stuff I completely forgot. I finally remembered, just as I was falling asleep about 11 last night. One of those times where you just startle awake because you all the sudden remember something? *sigh*

So, allow me to *attempt* to make up for my forgetfulness with a 2-fer today.

I've recently been watching season 4 for my cardio workouts. I haven't actually watched these 2 in a long time.
