That was a pretty awesomely emotionally-packed episode. I loved how much Rodney wanted John to understand why he'd undertaken the measures he had and how John just couldn't. Wasn't that the first time Rodney called John by his first name?

This was one of the best scenes of that episode - it looked for a moment like Rodney was going to back down and shut down the nanites, but decided against it. His apology to John later on was equally intense.

I loved how Rodney initially looked scared because John was with the yelly voice but Rodney stood his ground and told the Colonel flat out NO.

Other than this scene, is there another where John is just flat out pissed off at Rodney? Sure he gets upset with him, but here, John was PISSED.

This is one of my favourite SGA scenes. I rewind and watch it over and over and over and over again. It shows what the show could have been and how good the actors really are.
